Shipping policy

Order Processing:

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is received, unless otherwise stated.

Pre-Orders:

If you order one or more items on pre-order, please note that the shipping date may vary. Specific details regarding the estimated shipping date will be indicated on the product description page and in your order confirmation.
If your order includes both pre-order items and in-stock items, the in-stock items will be shipped within the standard order processing time, while the pre-order items will be shipped later, starting from the date indicated on the product page at the time of purchase.

Shipping Confirmation:

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email, including a tracking number where applicable.

Free Shipping:

Enjoy free shipping via Mondial Relay on orders over €49.90, excluding pre-order items. This offer is valid only for customers residing in EU.
Home delivery via DPD Predict is free in mainland France on orders over €64.90.

Shipping Methods:

We currently offer delivery to pickup points via Mondial Relay, Chronopost Shop2shop and home delivery via DPD Predict/Postal service.
Please select your preferred shipping method during checkout. You can select pickup location after payment confirmation.
To avoid any delivery issues, DPD deliveries are made with signature required only.

Delivery Times:

Delivery times cannot be guaranteed by Bar Tack and are entirely dependent on the carrier.
Orders shipped via DPD are generally delivered within 24 to 48 hours after dispatch.
Orders shipped via Mondial Relay are generally made available at the pickup point within an average of 3 to 6 business days, depending on the destination.

Delivery Delays:

In the event of a delay in shipping your order, we will inform you as soon as possible. Please note that delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, and Bar Tack cannot be held responsible for delivery delays or for damage to parcels during transit.

Delivery Address:

It is your responsibility to provide a correct delivery address. We are not responsible for parcels shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Your order will be considered fulfilled once your parcel is delivered to the address provided at checkout. At that point, the products become your responsibility, and Bar Tack cannot be held liable for any events occurring after delivery.

International Shipping:

If your country is outside the European Union, customs duties or import taxes may apply. No refunds will be issued in the event of refusal to pay these customs fees.
Please consult the applicable laws in your country for detailed information on import fees, which are the sole responsibility of each nation and are not attributable to Bar Tack. Bar Tack declines all responsibility for these additional charges.
