Return Policy (Excluding Exceptions)

Return Conditions:

Returned products must be new, unused, and in their original packaging, with all tags intact.

Return Shipping Costs:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the event of an error on our part or receipt of a defective product.

Return Procedure:

Please contact our customer service team to obtain a return form before sending the product back.
Carefully package the product with all original accessories, including the delivery note.
Include the return form inside your parcel with your selected option clearly indicated. Send the parcel to the address provided on the return form.

Refunds:

Refunds will be processed upon receipt of the returned product, subject to its condition complying with our return policy.
Refund processing times may vary. If you have not received your refund after ten business days, please contact us.
Except in cases of error on our part, shipping costs are non-refundable.
